Confirmations from others (please verify) that Just Cause & Mortal Cause was ruled in my favour by the judiciary at the Sheriff's Court in Edinburgh for Royal Salute / King's Commission Case.

When I handed my evidence that I received my Royal Salute to the judiciary (please read my About section) that it was official proof that I am King James the 7th and the 2nd of Greater Scotland (Stone of Scone being the throne) and St James Palace where impersonators had been crowned or the throne was left open over the years and an impersonator of me (Matthew Fraser) had been crowned because my identity was siphoned by criminals over the years: Court officials behaved criminally and illegally refusing to give me my PF Case reference numbers for the case blocking me from my own proceedings. I have proof that the court cases happened and throughout the Procurator Fiscal's office tried to get impersonators in claiming to have handed in my evidence to crown another impersonator and steal the Royal money all over again. All attempts of people impersonating me were thrown out by the judiciary and Matthew Fraser was rescinded from the throne for impersonating me and a letter was ordered by the judiciary to send me my serial numbers for the case with notification of my estate, title and King's Commission and my compensation payments now amounting to over 3.7 billion pounds. The Kingship at St James is a overseeing role that overlooks Buckingham Palace and Westminster. It is known in history that some Kings have several thrones. Buckingham Palace has an empire where some of it has rescinded. So does the Kingship of Greater Scotland and St James Palace. The people are told lies all the time with media stating Scotland was only involved with Panama and that was it.

People must understand that media criminals and the financial industry's crowned the impersonator and throughout they tried to shroud the throne of Scone with mystery including my name James William Auguste Turner and the Kingship of Scotland as if it was just a legend tale in the media where my name was used as a society as if I was just a Saint from the past - this is why people find such things hard to believe because everyone worships the media criminals and they are the ones presenting out reality on television. The Office of the Scott at Clarence House, Greater Scotland and St James Palace Kingship is there legally and the media criminals were trying to fictionalise it with mists of legend with tales in the media. I am James William Auguste Turner and I live on a council estate and my name has been siphoned by criminals impersonating me over the years after my security was sold to the impersonators in Scotland.

With an office as high as that and the criminals now knowing that I won my court case proving who I am, they are fearing going to prison so there is going to be corruption in the courts and the Procurator Fiscal's Office where they try to prevent me getting the letter that has been ordered by the judiciary - people must realise that corruption in public offices is not just things that happen in movies. Just because the police and lawyers get painted as amazing squeaky clean in Scotland's media does not make it so. So there is bribery, communication blocks, harassment, lawyers disobeying the judiciary, mail theft, the Procurator Fiscal's Office doing everything they can so that I do not get on the thrones.

Because the police will not arrest the Procurator Fiscal's Office and Crown Office even after the criminals who were impersonating me on the thrones were ruled as illegal by the judiciary - the judiciary had to rule Just Cause and Mortal Cause in my favour so I can threaten and apprehend the criminals for trying to launch assaults to my household for self defence purposes and that if anybody wanted to apprehend the Proccurator Fiscal's Office to force them to write the letter with threats and assaults, to put me on the thone, they would have legal cause to seek retribution against the Procurator Fiscal's Office for that reason. The Just Cause element is because of the crimes the criminals who impersonated me on the throne committed to the country. It would be Just Cause because I have to rescind all the crimes the criminals did and put them to prison as the matter is now with the United Nations and The Hague, all sorts of religious and technological crimes are happening to citizens of the country with this gang in power who were impersonating me on the thrones and they have been ruled as illegal by the court, including the society they made up that illegally used my name that people joined when bribes by them were being issued out. It is essential for the safety of the country that I get my letters from the court and the Procurator Fiscal's Office and Crown Office are refusing to write them because as soon as they do, they will be arrested, but they should have been arrested long before - it is a "criminals in a building" situation and it is a combination of fear of their lodges and some being greedy for bribe money that is stopping them from being taken to prison.

In addition to this. I have had official notification from NHS Services that they had to send a good reference stating that I am of sound mind and stature and a nice person to the London MET, Prime Minister Keir Starmer and King Charles where I was told to expect a letter through the post by them. This letter was stolen from arriving to me by members of Police Scotland and they tried to get an impersonator of me representing my name by this illegal society illegally using my name in court to steal my compensation and crown money and were hoping to try and present this impersonator to King Charles and Prime Minister Keir Starmer but when this illegal gang arrived in court with the impersonator they were immediately thrown out by the judiciary.

When I eventually get my letters of estate, title and Kingship including compensation payments I will be in the position to rally people that have fought against this criminal gang across the country and we can bring this criminal gang that impersonated my name for so many years to justice and rebuild Scotland again for our future generations and help rebuild the United Kingdom.
